wicker? I don't even know her
Nick and I are not wicker people. There's none in our house, except for one basket that's made out of birch bark and holds toilet paper inside the bathroom vanity. But that's not even wicker per se. I did see the remake of the Wicker Man, but what drew me in was the matriarchy.
Why does wicker bug me? It's such a weird word. I do like a Caribbean feel to things, and I do have friends who make wicker look really cute indoors with palm trees and stuff. It looks good on them. But for my day-to-day, I find it to be scratchy, flammable and pretty ugly. Look what DWR is selling for $3K. Go nuts!
